What is a “BOARD OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS” vs. a “Board of Trustees”?

While some organizations may use the titles “Director” and “Trustee” interchangeably to describe those serving on a non-profit board, a “Board of Directors” governs a non-profit organization.  A “Board of Trustees governs an Endowment, Foundation or Trust.
