Incoming. National. President, Andrew Rivas, LU-533, Jonathon Kycek, LC-638 are working on our contract language project to put forth LGBTQ+ clauses in future Teamster contracts. We proudly announce the implementation of gender-neutral language in the recently ratified National Master UPS Contract. Their contract also included language stating that sexual orientation and gender identity are protected classes against discrimination and harassment. These simple steps toward inclusion will help build momentum toward having changes like these become standard across all collective bargaining agreements.
